I don't think I choose my friends, I rarely have bad thoughts of a person I havn't met so I can be friends with almost everyone. If the person is nice and has a good personality then he/she is welcome to be my friend.
I'm looking for that one kind of person that knows what he/she stands for. A person who is honest and kind. I always get a certain feeling when I remind myself about how awesome my closest friends are and that there's no one else like them.
I get to know them first and then obviously I get a feeling or choose if I like them or not, then I decide if I want to become close friends with the person or not.
I get close to my friends. I know that i can joke with my friends. They don´t get mad for small things. I notice in an instant if someone is my friend!
I sort my friends by personality. I only choose to be with friends who I think it is worth suffering for when they hurt you. Sometimes your personalities repells to eachother so you beacome more close. Like magnets, and other friends are just like you, and you could spend a lifetime with them. / Ajla
I try to be social with everybody but not too close to many. My nearest friends are the ones who I've known for like a couple of yers or even my whole life. It comes naturally /Tina
I agree with Morsall aswell, but you can´t click and have that chemistry with everyone. so lets say that "firends come naturally, and a girl/boy thinks that you and the particular person hits of, but you feel the opposite - then you have to choose your friens in a way. and in that case I would choose after the criteria; personal chemistry molly hagman
I don´t really choose my friends, when I se a person that I like I go and talk to them and over time become thier fiend. Of course I se qualitys in people that I like and that makes me ilke the person even more. And i definitely agree with Morsall.
FIrst of all I get to know them first, then I get a feeling if it's a friend who I want to come close with or not. I believe that it's the fate if you should be friend with someone or not, it should click or something. But I'm always kind to everyone and I'm a very social person and get friends in a easy way, I'am always myself and I expect that the friends I '' choose '' should be the same.
You get to know the person first in a few days, then you will notice if the person is a good friend or not. It is good to have things in common, such as the interests of sport, music, art, books, movies... if you have then it's easier to be heard and start discuss and talk to each other. /Amine Mehmedi
If we have allot in common and I can hold a conversation with you for more than 20 mins, you have won me over :D but ofcourse the person(s) must be loyal... otherwise I'd rather have a dog as a friend. /Asma
I have a problem with the word choose here. I don't think it's a choice, really. Some people you just enjoy being around. They give you a positive feeling about yourself and life. You can learn something from them.
When I meet someone new I don't start thinking about if I'm gonna be able to be friends with that person or not. Once I've spent some time with someone I usually notice if they aren't nice or something and then of course I don't waste my time on them anymore. If I notice that the person is nice then I just try to be nice back and maybe you end up being close friends. Becoming friends with someone isn't something you should think about too much because if you get along well it just happens.
A friend have to come naturally, you can´t say "I choose you to be my friend but not you". You have to get to know the person first and see if you are enjoying the time you guys are spending together. Then you can decide if you want the person to be your friend. Yes, you can say that you are choosing your friends, you can choose if they are good for you and if you want to continue to talk or hang around with the person.

ReplyDeleteI have two different tests of my "friend candidates". One theoretical and one practical. They are very difficult and only a few can handle them.
